Ganges USA EB-5 Visa Program: Your Gateway to American Residency
Launched in 1990, the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Visa is one of the world's flagship Residency By Investment programs. Section 203(b)(5) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) allocates 10,000 EB-5 immigrant visas per year to qualified individuals seeking Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) status on the basis of making a capital investment in a business enterprise.
The EB-5 Program offers a reliable path to a US green card and eventual US citizenship, whereas visas like the E2 Treaty Visa category, holding a "non-immigrant" visa classification, does not.
The program has been massively popular, with demand frequently exceeding the supply of available visas, which is also subject to annual caps for each respective source country. But in 2022, when the Reform and Integrity Act (RIA) was signed into law, the program became even better, particularly for EB-5 Rural Projects that are based in the Targeted Employment Areas (TEAs).
What are TEA
(Targeted Employement Areas)?
Targeted Employment Areas (TEAs) are specific geographic zones designated by the U.S. government to encourage economic growth and job creation through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. These areas are typically identified as either rural regions or locations experiencing high unemployment. Investing in a TEA allows EB-5 investors to qualify for a reduced minimum investment threshold —currently $800,000 instead of the standard $1,050,000.
This designation promotes development in communities that benefit most from foreign investment. For Ganges USA projects, locating developments within TEAs ensures investors enjoy a lower investment entry point while contributing to meaningful economic impact.
By focusing on TEA-qualified projects, Ganges USA offers investors a strategic balance of lower capital requirements, stronger job creation metrics, and expedited regional growth, making the EB-5 pathway both secure and socially beneficial.

08
I-829 Petition (Remove Conditions)
Within 90 days before your conditional green card expires, file Form I-829 to remove conditions. This petition confirms that your investment created 10+ jobs and remained “at risk.” Ganges provides all required evidence.
09
Permanent Residency & Capital Return
Upon I-829 approval, conditions are removed and you receive a 10-year green card. Capital is typically returned within 3.5 years (Ganges average), with ~15% earned interest. After 5 years, you may apply for U.S. citizenship.
